About STH
STH is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing people with physical disabilities increased independence, security, and quality of life through specially trained service dogs. We ensure a valuable partnership that benefits both.
Our secretariat
STH’s secretariat consists of a dedicated team responsible for the daily operations and administration of the organisation. The team provides support to the board, instructors, and volunteers.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Lisa Klint
Lisa oversees the secretariat and the daily operations of the organization. She is the primary contact for applicants, the press, foundations, municipalities and other partners – including matters related to inheritance and wills.
She is also responsible for STH’s social media, maintaining the organization’s accreditation with Assistance Dogs International (ADI), and strengthening public awareness of STH’s work.
Additionally, Lisa supports the board and serves as the organization’s data controller (GDPR).
CONSULTANT
Dorte Schultz
Dorte is responsible for STH’s fundraising, membership activities, website, and events. She manages marketing and documentation in accordance with standards and guidelines, as well as the organisation’s commercial partnerships. Dorte also helps to enhance the visibility of STH’s work.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Carina Olsen
Carina is responsible for the daily coordination between volunteers, users, and the organisation.
FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Kirsten Jantzen
Kirsten is responsible for the organisation’s finances, accounting, and budget monitoring, as well as handling matters related to expenses, payments, and invoicing.
